Purchases on Legocraft support the server's running costs and grant virtual in-game perks. Please read carefully before buying.

1. All Sales Are Final

Because perks are delivered digitally and immediately, all purchases are generally non-refundable. Consumable items (keys, boosters, sell wands) are non-refundable once used.

2. Exceptions

Non-delivery: if a perk you paid for was not delivered, we will deliver it or refund it. Open a ticket within 7 days.
Duplicate charge: accidental double payments are refunded once verified.

3. Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute instead of contacting us will result in a permanent ban and removal of all perks.

4. Season Resets

Season-only perks ending at a scheduled reset are not eligible for refunds.

5. How to Request

Open a ticket in our Discord with your username and payment reference. We respond within 48 hours.
